His Days Are Numbered?

In a written answer to Fong Po Kuan (DAP-Batu Gajah) on 28 June 2007, Foreign Minister, Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar, said that in his 3 years 8 months as Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, had made 83 official visits overseas (including his most recent visits to Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Italy).

These are the details: 2004 – 22 trips; 2005 – 25 trips; 2006 – 20 trips; and until June 2007 – 16 trips.

Fantastica!! So, why do we need to bitch about Abdullah’s new RM200 million executive jet? Let him fly and fly wherever he wants to go. Let him enjoys life while he can.

Sooner or later he will surely find out that his days as the PM are numbered. By the time he remembers the rakyat, that is the very moment he has to leave the corridor of power.

Made-In-Singapore Crooks

Politica

Today, I want to ask Singapore’s Senoir Minister (SM) Lee Kuan Yew, the father of PM Lee Hsien Loong, a few bloody simple questions.

Do you have any comment on the statement by the Malaysian Police which said Singapore gangsters were currently and actively involved in the underworld activities in Johore Bahru?

How are you going to answer me? You have no comment? Why? Because you just cannot believe it that your country has exported its crooks and underworld taikos to Johore Bahru?

Why do you refuse to comment? Because you always think that Singaporeans are so perfect and disciplined? Because all your people are law abiding citizens?

What? You want to deny that Singapore big-time criminals are now operating in Johore Bahru? Go on, deny it if you can! Deny it if you think the Malaysian Police is talking cock-n-bull stories about Singaporeans!

You forgot. Were you not the one who once blabbered that Johore Bahru “is a land of the criminals” with rampant car thefts, muggings and other crimes. Now what?

It is ok with me if you choose to shut your big mouth up. But, is it true these organized crimes in Johore Bahru are not done by Singapore criminals. Instead, the so-called criminals are in fact members of the Singapore special squad assigned by you to create chaos in Johore Bahru to suit to some ulterior motives or sinister designs being crafted by you?

What are you up to actually? Or, what is Singapore trying to do in Johore Bahru? To wreck the public order and racial harmony in Malaysia? To create a situation where you can implement your Israeli-patented forward defense strategy?

You tell me. Yes, you tell me if I am wrong. But, please do not overstretched my patience, tolerance and spirit of neighborliness. You can bully my Prime Minister Abdullah. You can treat him like donkey. But please remember, you cannot bully all Malaysians because most of us are keeping track of what you had done, what you are now doing, and what you plan to do.

And before I end here, let me say this to you: you can make Myanmar as your next RSAF training ground if you want to. You can continue to have your RSAF squadron in Padang, Indonesia, if you choose to be. But, please do not treat Malaysia or Johore Bahru as your playground or battle ground. Remember this, don’t you ever think that all Johoreans or all Malaysians are your donkeys or trojan horses.

Gengster Singapura Huruharakan Johor?

Appoint Judges Based On Seniority’
[Beware Mr PM, Sir!]

KUALA LUMPUR: The Bar Council wants seniority of judges to be considered in the appointment of the Court of Appeal president and chief judge of Malaya (CJM).

Its vice-chairman, Ragunath Kesavan, said this would go a long way in instilling public confidence in the judiciary.

He added that the Bar’s stand remained that a judicial commission should be set up for the appointment and promotion of judges.

Ragunath said this in response to a statement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on Tuesday that the process of appointing the CJM, following the retirement of Tan Sri Siti Norma Yaakob in January, had started.

The position of Court of Appeal president has also been vacant after the death of Tan Sri Abdul Malek Ahmad, following a long illness, on May 31.

Federal Court judge Datuk Alauddin Mohd Sheriff has been assuming the role and functions of Abdul Malek for some time now.

Meanwhile, lawyer and Bukit Glugor MP Karpal Singh, in a statement, said Chief Justice Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim had "more than enough to chew" as he had also assumed the post of acting CJM.

"He (Ahmad Fairuz) cannot take on the onerous task of CJM for such a long time," Karpal said, adding that leaving posts vacant in the higher echelons of the judiciary for a long time would create uncertainty and disquiet.

He called upon Abdullah to personally look into the matter.

- NST

** Beware! Karpal Singh and the Bar Council (who supported Lina Joy) are now pressuring the PM on the appointment of CJM and Court of Appeal President. Watch out Mr. PM, Sir! We are watching you. One single mistake in this move, you are heading for endless trouble!!
